This specialized curriculum is designed to prepare the professional esthetician for working in the medical environment.

Skin Physiology and Histology – Inflammation and Wound Healing
Skin Disorders and Diseases
Client Consultation, Skin Classification and Analysis
Microdermabrasion, Exfoliation and Chemical Peels
Cosmetic Ingredients
Medical Procedures/Pre-Post Operative Care/Medications
A supplemental introductory workbook is required for completion BEFORE starting the program. All information will be released upon enrollment. Completion of the 600-hours aesthetics curriculum or a New York State aesthetics license is a mandatory pre-requisite.
