Michelle is a contributing author for les Nouvelles Esthetique and Dermascope magazine as well as a co-author for the Salon Fundamentals Esthetics textbook and the Director of Education for Aesthetics International Association. She is host and speaker at international esthetics conferences in Miami, Philadelphia, Dallas and Long Beach, and acts as a consultant and educator for associations and schools across the United States. Michelle is also an educator for international cosmetic comapanies in Asia and Europe, as well as the Vice President and Director of Esthetics for Aesthetics International Association.

Director/Instructor, Syracuse:

Nicole Nucifora
Nicole has over 15 years experience in the Spa industry. She began with several jobs as a makeup artist behind the counters of Perspectives and Chanel then pursued her true passion in Aesthetics where she worked at one of the top spas in the Central New York as a head esthetician. Nicole was a National Educator for Trucco and BiBo cosmetics. In recent years Nicole has moved into the spa management arena, working with industry leaders such as Michael Tompkins the GM for Miraval Resorts, and has developed and implemented treatment and operational protocols for a four diamond resort. She has been on local and national television shows representing the spa industry and has been published in numerous magazines including American Spa.

Assistant Director:

Annette Claire Bienkowski
Annette has over 10 years experience as a director in a school setting, and almost 20 years management experience. She is a graduate of the Aesthetic Science Institute, a licensed New York State Esthetician, as well as a certified paramedical and LASER technician. Annette has 4 years experience as a Director for a leading direct sales company in the Beauty Industry. Aside from her management experience, she has been a small business owner in Saratoga for 10 years, working closely with make-up artists and photographers in the bridal industry.

Instructors:

Nicole Galerie
Nicole is a NYS licensed aethetician with with over 3 years experience in esthetics. She is also a NYS licensed massage therapist and has been practicing in the spa industry for over 5 years. Nicole specializies in body treatment, hot stone facials, and waxing services and techniques.

Deanna Beaver
Deanna Beaver is a NYS licensed aesthetician with 10 years’ experience in the spa industry. She has received certifications in paramedical aesthetics and as a laser technician. Deanna is also a contributing author to Dermascope Magazine. In addition to teaching at the Aesthetic Science Institute, Deanna also works as an educator, sales rep and aesthetician for Dimensions in Aesthetic Advancement.

Diane Gentile
Diane has over 25 years experience in the beauty industry. She began her career as a cosmetic manager and make up artist for Lancome and Chanel. Diane is also a certified laser technician and specialist in advanced skin care treatments.

Christina Murgia
Christina Murgia is a NYS licensed Cosmetologist, licensed Aesthetician and certified make- up artist with over 13 years of experience. Along with studying make-up artistry in Montreal, she has owned two businesses in the beauty industry. In addition to being an instructor at the Aesthetic Science Institute, she is also a freelance make-up artist.

Cindy Auer
Cindy is a licensed esthetician and business owner. She brings to ASI years of practical experience, passion and motivation to educate and offer ASI students diversity and knowledge.
